Return Policy

Industry standards dictate a no return and no refund policy on customized items. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority and you may report manufacturing issues or product defects via our Customer Service Support System. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of having received and inspected your order. We’re happy to make the necessary corrections and will ship your corrected order to you via our ground service.

We understand mistakes happen, even to us! Please be sure to request and review your artwork proof before confirming your order and contact our art department with corrections. Please understand we cannot make changes once your order is in production.

Blank orders are eligible for returns, and full or partial refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

DiscountMugs reserves the right to refuse returns.

Track Your Order

Integrity and transparency are central to Fully4u culture and core values. To help make the order process smooth and efficient we’ve created tools that show the progress of your shipment and keep you informed every step of the way.

To track the status of an order in production, please sign in to your Fully4u account or provide your order number and e-mail address.

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination, weight, and size. Please contact our Sales Department at 1-800-792-0848 if you require inside delivery and we’ll make the proper arrangements.

If your order is shipped via UPS you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking number you can use to confirm the status of transit and delivery.

Please note that Overnight or Second Day Air does not mean you will receive your order on the next day after placing your purchase. Delivery time is based on production and shipping times.

Art & Imprint Questions

Fully4u loves bringing your ideas to life, and whether you have questions about your logo or artwork, our Design Lab, your proof, or final product, we’re always happy to help.

Our online Design Lab allows you to upload logos, custom artwork, and images, and will provide you with a general image of our imprint. Our artists can clean up and retouch your files, however, high-resolution images are preferred in order to avoid delays in production. DiscountMugs reserve the right to refuse printing of any artwork it deems inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, or trademark.

If your order requires further imprint instructions, please log in to your account to send or submit here.

We provide all customers with free e-mail proof which must be approved in writing before your order is printed. Upon receiving your requests, we will make the proper changes until we’ve received your approval. Please respond in a timely manner to avoid order delays – new shipping and delivery dates may be issued in the case of proofing delays.

Once orders are approved, we will not be able to make further changes to your order and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds. We recommend customers who opt to decline a proof to ensure all artwork is error-free prior to submitting an order.
