Return Policy

Industry standards dictate a no return and no refund policy on customized items. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority and you may report manufacturing issues or product defects via our Customer Service Support System. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of having received and inspected your order. We’re happy to make the necessary corrections and will ship your corrected order to you via our ground service.

We understand mistakes happen, even to us! Please be sure to request and review your artwork proof before confirming your order and contact our art department with corrections. Please understand we cannot make changes once your order is in production.

Blank orders are eligible for returns, and full or partial refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination, weight, and size. Please contact our Sales Department at 1-800-792-0848 if you require inside delivery and we’ll make the proper arrangements.

If your order is shipped via UPS you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking number you can use to confirm the status of transit and delivery.

Please note that Overnight or Second Day Air does not mean you will receive your order on the next day after placing your purchase. Delivery time is based on production and shipping times.

Art & Imprint Questions

Fully4u loves bringing your ideas to life, and whether you have questions about your logo or artwork, our Design Lab, your proof, or final product, we’re always happy to help.

Our online Design Lab allows you to upload logos, custom artwork, and images, and will provide you with a general image of our imprint. Our artists can clean up and retouch your files, however, high-resolution images are preferred in order to avoid delays in production. DiscountMugs reserve the right to refuse printing of any artwork it deems inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, or trademark.

If your order requires further imprint instructions, please log in to your account to send or submit here.

We provide all customers with free e-mail proof which must be approved in writing before your order is printed. Upon receiving your requests, we will make the proper changes until we’ve received your approval. Please respond in a timely manner to avoid order delays – new shipping and delivery dates may be issued in the case of proofing delays.

Once orders are approved, we will not be able to make further changes to your order and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds. We recommend customers who opt to decline a proof to ensure all artwork is error-free prior to submitting an order.

When we receive an order, our team goes to work on finalizing art, setting up screens, and scheduling equipment. As a result, once an order enters production, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

WHERE CAN I FIND A COUPON CODE?

We send weekly specials and coupon codes to our subscribers. Please subscribe to receive our special e-mail offers. We may occasionally offer special pricing and/or free shipping, however, these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Depending on the size and complexity of your order, the estimated production time could last anywhere from 6 to 10 business days. Due to varying production times, paying for expedited shipping does not guarantee you a promised delivery date. We suggest placing your order far in advance to the day you’d like it delivered.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE AND HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All package orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment. We take extra care in packaging your order and make sure it gets inspected by the carrier before being shipped. GENERAL

General Information

Fully4u specializes in the customization of promotional products such as ceramic mugs, glasses, water bottles travel mugs and tumblers, mousepads, apparel items, and bags. fully4u strives to deliver the highest quality as well as exceptional service at the lowest prices in the market. While committed to meet your every need and expectation, fully4u wishes to inform you of certain limitations that are inherent within the promotional product industry.

*Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

ARTWORK

In order to deliver the highest quality imprint possible, we require vectors or high-resolution (300-600 DPI) designs. Our professional artists will attempt to recreate or clean all artwork submitted that does not meet the resolution requirements.

  • Please note that added work involving cleaning or recreating any artwork will result in order delays. If Fully4u is not able to properly edit or recreate a low-resolution file, attempts to contact you will be made in order to resolve the issue. If unable to reach you, your order will be subject to cancellation and a refund will be issued within 15 business days. Fully4u will not be responsible for production delays resulting from submitted low-resolution images.

Fully4u reserves the right to refuse to print any artwork that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted or trademarked.

ACCEPTED FORMATS

We accept a wide variety of file formats in order to print your design. We’ve listed our preferences below:

  • Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps)
  • Adobe Photoshop files (.psd)
  • Rasterized images meeting 300-600 dpi minimum requirement (.jpg, .png, .tiff)
  • All full-color artwork should meet our minimum resolution requirement of at least 300 dpi
  • All fonts/text must be included with your file or converted to outlines.
  • All artwork containing copyrighted images will be subject to further screening.

*Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Fully4u will not be held liable under any circumstances.

*All artwork containing Greek and University assets will be subject to further screening.

IMPRINT SIZE

Several factors are taken into consideration when determining the imprint area of a product. These influence and create a fixed imprint range to which your logo/artwork may need to adhere. Generally, we will adjust artwork as requested unless it exceeds the imprint area of a given item.

 

If your logo is 2W x 2H in. and you order a one-color imprint on 11 oz. mugs with an imprint area of 2.5W x 2.5H in. we will enlarge the logo to the maximum imprint size. If you request to keep the artwork size at 2W x 2H in. we will not resize your artwork. Additionally, requests to exceed our listed imprint areas will not be granted.

  • Please note Fully4u will not be held responsible for illegible or filled-in imprints resulting from requests that do not meet our minimum imprint area requirements
GIFT BOXES

Fully4u is pleased to offer gift boxes or Surprises Breakfast. Surprise boxes whose items are not perishable can be shipped nationwide. But surprise breakfasts are only shipped in the state of California as soon as possible.

IMPRINT METHODS

Fully4u offers a series of decoration styles to fit the needs of your design and order details. The most commonly used methods are Screen Printing and Digital Printing -to be selected by experienced staff members on a case by case basis- Laser Engraving, Debossing, and Embroidery. Please contact the Sales Department to inquire about other methods of operation.

*Screen Printing

Screen-printed items are customized using “direct-print” machinery. Due to its accuracy during the application, this method is preferred for 1 color imprint jobs.

*Digital Printing

Most orders containing 2 imprint colors or more will be processed using one of our digital methods. Your design will be printed on a decal paper, using a CMYK build of your art colors, which will later be applied by hand to your products.

Manual application of the decals may result in some art placement variations

*Embroidery

Embroidery decoration is available on most apparel items and some tote bags. Your artwork is first digitized by one of our professional artists and later applied by our state-of-the-art embroidery machines.

FULLY4U DESIGN LAB/UPLOADING ARTWORK

*Design Lab

Fully4u Design Lab provides you with a virtual mockup of the final imprint. Due to various limitations, logo placement may not be exact and is subject to change to meet printing area dimensions. In the event a significant change in the placement of the logo occurs, it will be communicated to you.

During the art-proofing stage, our artists will resize your artwork to conform to specified imprint area dimensions. Please refer to the ‘Product Specs’ tab on the product page of your choice.

Keep in mind you must save all your work on the Design Lab. Otherwise, we will not receive it.

*Sending Imprint Instructions

Send all imprint instructions immediately upon placing your order. If you are emailing instructions/artwork to the Art Department, please reference the order number on the subject line. To ensure we follow your imprint instructions and print the correct design, we recommend all information relating to your artwork or logo be sent together in one upload or email.

If your artwork requires changes, we will accept additional instructions. However, you must submit all changes before your artwork is approved or before your order is sent to print as these may not be allowed after that point.

  • Fully4u will not be responsible for any missing information on your order nor for any missing imprint instructions. Fully4u will not be responsible for due to untimely artwork submittal. Your order may be subject to cancellation and a full refund may be issued if the artwork isn’t received within 15 days after purchase.
IMPRINT COLORS

Fully4u offers various standard imprint colors and can print custom colors from the Pantone Solid Coated PMS Colors Book. When choosing your imprint colors, we suggest you keep the following in mind:

  • Light colors should be printed on dark items to contrast properly.
  • Dark colors should be printed on light items to contrast properly.

Please note we will not question your imprint color choices. Our artists may contact you to resolve concerns surrounding a mistake

PROOFING

Fully4u will provide an e-mail proof if one is needed to verify imprint instructions, artwork, or order details. The Art Department also reserves the right to send a proof of your artwork needs to be altered to meet our printing requirements. If your proof is not approved within 5 days, your order may be printed as is.

Please note proofs are an approximation of the final product.
Changes to your proof must be in writing and submitted through our online approval/decline proof form. We may accept proof changes via phone in the event you experience technical difficulties with our online proof. If you do not require a proof, please ensure all artwork/logo submitted is correct.

Fully4u will not be held responsible for incorrectly submitted artwork.
Once a proof has been approved, updated shipping and delivery dates will be issued. Keep in mind specific ‘in-hands’ dates are subject to change during the proofing process. Requesting a proof may delay production, thus jeopardize the likelihood of receiving your order in a timely manner.

Fully4u will not be held responsible for delays resulting from the proofing process.

PROPOSITION 65

Also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about exposure to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive issues. Prop 65 does not ban any product; it simply requires a warning is issued. Prop 65 is valid in the State of California only and requires standards are met across all products distributed in the state. Please note Fully4u complies with all federal regulations concerning chemical contents.

Accordingly, if a buyer/distributor fails to provide Fully4u advance written notice that a Fully4u’ product will be sold or shipped to the State of California, such buyer/distributor hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless Fully4u, its agents, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, from and against any and all Proposition 65, personal injury and property damage claims, and from all other costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and litigation expenses on account thereof or in connection with any investigation or preparation related thereto or the enforcement of this provision) relating to, resulting from, connected with or arising out of goods or products provided to buyer/distributor by Fully4u, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

COLLECTED INFORMATION

We require people who register to use a Fully4u online application (the “Services”) to give us contact information. Depending on the services chosen, we ask for contact and account information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, password, and the number of users in the organization who will be using the Services, in addition to financial and billing information, such as billing name, address and credit card number. When you express interest in additional information, when you register for the Services, or after you become a user, we may ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees or industry. You can opt-out of providing additional information by not entering it when asked
Fully4u does not distribute or share customer e-mail addresses, except as noted in its Terms of Service, or as may be required by law.

Fully4u has referral relationships with third-party companies and individuals (“Referral Partners”) who refer their customers to Fully4u. These relationships extend the functionality of the Services and the Integration Partner application or service (“Integrated Service”) by allowing the Services and the Integrated Service to exchange customer data and to establish linked business processes between the two. Customers who pay Fully4u for use of the Services and use this Integrated Service are considered customers of both Fully4u and the Integration Partner. Fully4u and an Integration Partner may share customer contact, account, financial and billing information, and business data with respect to their integrated business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows Fully4u and the Integration Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine referral fees owed. This sharing also allows the Integration Partner to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer and allows for the enhanced functionality of the integrated service. Fully4u uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide information on a Fully4u Web site, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor does Fully4u share any personally identifiable user information with these parties.

Fully4u customers use Fully4u online applications to host data and information. Fully4u will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the Fully4u Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. We will view or access individual records only with your permission (for example, to resolve a problem or support issue). Of course, users of the Services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords.

Fully4u may also collect certain information from visitors to a Fully4u Web site and customers of the Services, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems and to administer the Fully4u Web site and Services in order to constantly improve quality. Fully4u has security measures in place for the Services to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under Fully4u control. When the Services are accessed using Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Fully4u also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications and hosts the Services in a secure server environment using a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, Fully4u requires unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. General Terms of Use Information 

GENERAL

General Information

Fully4u specializes in the customization of promotional products such as ceramic mugs, glasses, water bottles travel mugs and tumblers, mousepads, apparel items, and bags. fully4u strives to deliver the highest quality as well as exceptional service at the lowest prices in the market. While committed to meet your every need and expectation, fully4u wishes to inform you of certain limitations that are inherent within the promotional product industry.

*Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

ARTWORK

In order to deliver the highest quality imprint possible, we require vectors or high-resolution (300-600 DPI) designs. Our professional artists will attempt to recreate or clean all artwork submitted that does not meet the resolution requirements.

  • Please note that added work involving cleaning or recreating any artwork will result in order delays. If Fully4u is not able to properly edit or recreate a low-resolution file, attempts to contact you will be made in order to resolve the issue. If unable to reach you, your order will be subject to cancellation and a refund will be issued within 15 business days. Fully4u will not be responsible for production delays resulting from submitted low-resolution images.

Fully4u reserves the right to refuse to print any artwork that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted or trademarked.

ACCEPTED FORMATS

We accept a wide variety of file formats in order to print your design. We’ve listed our preferences below:

  • Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps)
  • Adobe Photoshop files (.psd)
  • Rasterized images meeting 300-600 dpi minimum requirement (.jpg, .png, .tiff)
  • All full-color artwork should meet our minimum resolution requirement of at least 300 dpi
  • All fonts/text must be included with your file or converted to outlines.
  • All artwork containing copyrighted images will be subject to further screening.

*Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Fully4u will not be held liable under any circumstances.

*All artwork containing Greek and University assets will be subject to further screening.

IMPRINT SIZE

Several factors are taken into consideration when determining the imprint area of a product. These influence and create a fixed imprint range to which your logo/artwork may need to adhere. Generally, we will adjust artwork as requested unless it exceeds the imprint area of a given item.

 

If your logo is 2W x 2H in. and you order a one-color imprint on 11 oz. mugs with an imprint area of 2.5W x 2.5H in. we will enlarge the logo to the maximum imprint size. If you request to keep the artwork size at 2W x 2H in. we will not resize your artwork. Additionally, requests to exceed our listed imprint areas will not be granted.

  • Please note Fully4u will not be held responsible for illegible or filled-in imprints resulting from requests that do not meet our minimum imprint area requirements
GIFT BOXES

Fully4u is pleased to offer gift boxes or Surprises Breakfast. Surprise boxes whose items are not perishable can be shipped nationwide. But surprise breakfasts are only shipped in the state of California as soon as possible.

IMPRINT METHODS

Fully4u offers a series of decoration styles to fit the needs of your design and order details. The most commonly used methods are Screen Printing and Digital Printing -to be selected by experienced staff members on a case by case basis- Laser Engraving, Debossing, and Embroidery. Please contact the Sales Department to inquire about other methods of operation.

*Screen Printing

Screen-printed items are customized using “direct-print” machinery. Due to its accuracy during the application, this method is preferred for 1 color imprint jobs.

*Digital Printing

Most orders containing 2 imprint colors or more will be processed using one of our digital methods. Your design will be printed on a decal paper, using a CMYK build of your art colors, which will later be applied by hand to your products.

Manual application of the decals may result in some art placement variations

Embroidery decoration is available on most apparel items and some tote bags. Your artwork is first digitized by one of our professional artists and later applied by our state-of-the-art embroidery machines.

FULLY4U DESIGN LAB/UPLOADING ARTWORK

*Design Lab

Fully4u Design Lab provides you with a virtual mockup of the final imprint. Due to various limitations, logo placement may not be exact and is subject to change to meet printing area dimensions. In the event a significant change in the placement of the logo occurs, it will be communicated to you.

During the art-proofing stage, our artists will resize your artwork to conform to specified imprint area dimensions. Please refer to the ‘Product Specs’ tab on the product page of your choice.

Keep in mind you must save all your work on the Design Lab. Otherwise, we will not receive it.

*Sending Imprint Instructions

Send all imprint instructions immediately upon placing your order. If you are emailing instructions/artwork to the Art Department, please reference the order number on the subject line. To ensure we follow your imprint instructions and print the correct design, we recommend all information relating to your artwork or logo be sent together in one upload or email.

If your artwork requires changes, we will accept additional instructions. However, you must submit all changes before your artwork is approved or before your order is sent to print as these may not be allowed after that point.

  • Fully4u will not be responsible for any missing information on your order nor for any missing imprint instructions. Fully4u will not be responsible for due to untimely artwork submittal. Your order may be subject to cancellation and a full refund may be issued if the artwork isn’t received within 15 days after purchase.
IMPRINT COLORS

Fully4u offers various standard imprint colors and can print custom colors from the Pantone Solid Coated PMS Colors Book. When choosing your imprint colors, we suggest you keep the following in mind:

  • Light colors should be printed on dark items to contrast properly.
  • Dark colors should be printed on light items to contrast properly.

Please note we will not question your imprint color choices. Our artists may contact you to resolve concerns surrounding a mistake

PROOFING

Fully4u will provide an e-mail proof if one is needed to verify imprint instructions, artwork, or order details. The Art Department also reserves the right to send a proof of your artwork needs to be altered to meet our printing requirements. If your proof is not approved within 5 days, your order may be printed as is.

Please note proofs are an approximation of the final product.
Changes to your proof must be in writing and submitted through our online approval/decline proof form. We may accept proof changes via phone in the event you experience technical difficulties with our online proof. If you do not require a proof, please ensure all artwork/logo submitted is correct.

Fully4u will not be held responsible for incorrectly submitted artwork.
Once a proof has been approved, updated shipping and delivery dates will be issued. Keep in mind specific ‘in-hands’ dates are subject to change during the proofing process. Requesting a proof may delay production, thus jeopardize the likelihood of receiving your order in a timely manner.

Fully4u will not be held responsible for delays resulting from the proofing process.

PROPOSITION 65

Also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about exposure to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive issues. Prop 65 does not ban any product; it simply requires a warning is issued. Prop 65 is valid in the State of California only and requires standards are met across all products distributed in the state. Please note Fully4u complies with all federal regulations concerning chemical contents.

Accordingly, if a buyer/distributor fails to provide Fully4u advance written notice that a Fully4u’ product will be sold or shipped to the State of California, such buyer/distributor hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless Fully4u, its agents, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, from and against any and all Proposition 65, personal injury and property damage claims, and from all other costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and litigation expenses on account thereof or in connection with any investigation or preparation related thereto or the enforcement of this provision) relating to, resulting from, connected with or arising out of goods or products provided to buyer/distributor by Fully4u, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any order placed with or received from Fully4u, including but not limited to orders placed via catalog, online, phone or mail, shall be deemed effective acceptance of these terms.

HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS

Fully4u recommends all drinkware and glassware items are hand washed. It is not recommended to wash such products in a dishwasher as it will promote fading, chipping, cracking and loss of the imprint. Restaurant grade mugs are dishwasher safe and do not chip easily.

CLAIMS

All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Please, inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon arrival. To Create a Ticket please head to the footer section of the Discount Mugs website and click on the Place a Ticket link to be directed onto the support portal. Next click the Create Ticket link found in the support section of the page and complete the New Ticket form.

Please open one ticket only and provide us with all the necessary information e.g. incorrect item, poor imprint, shortage, broken items etc. Attach digital images depicting the issue at hand and upload group images if the problem extends to more than one item. Fully4u will require visual of all affected items and will either find a prompt resolution or contact you in the event additional information is required.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customized items are not eligible for returns. Discount Mugs Return Policy applies to blank and unprinted items only. A refund will be processed upon review and acceptance of your claim. Customers will be held responsible for return freight costs.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If an order is not well received due to misprints or product-related issues, Fully4u policy to redo the order and deliver it via its ground shipping method will prevail. All replacement orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or other LTL Freight companies. Customers will be responsible for additional expedited shipping charges.

* Fully4u will not make changes to the product, logo/artwork, or imprint color when processing a redo unless previously approved.

STORE CREDIT

Orders that do not qualify for a refund will receive an In-Store Credit code to be used on both future blank and printed orders. In Store credit codes may not be used on samples. Please contact Fully4u Customer Service line for assistance verifying your In-Store Credit balance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In all circumstances, Fully4u maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Fully4u will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Fully4u will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.

ORDERING PROCESS

The following terms will govern any orders placed with Fully4u and its affiliates. Fully4u encourages you to read them carefully prior to placing your order. By submitting an order to Fully4u, you agree to all terms and conditions as set forth below. This agreement is in lieu of written consent and will be binding by both the customer and/or their representative(s).

Fully4u offers a 100% Lowest Price Guarantee on all products. This means we guarantee our prices are the lowest in the industry, or else we’ll match any of our competitor’s prices. Fully4u reserves the right to modify guarantees based on case-by-case circumstances which management will evaluate individually. All prices are in USD currency.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE

Customers that require an exact color match may request a printed sample prior to placing a bulk order. Pre-production samples are priced at a total of $150 each. Please contact Fully4u Sales Department to request yours.

COLOR MATCHING

Fully4u products are stocked in a wide variety of colors. While there is no guarantee of an exact imprint color match, Fully4u strives to match your color selections as closely as possible. Colors may vary due to firing conditions or the type of substrate e.g. glazes used on ceramic products. The type of glaze used may or may not influence the final color of the product.

* Please note imprint colors may be affected by the product color. Printing white onto a red tote bag may cause the imprint to look slightly pink.

PRODUCTION TIME

Standard production times will vary per product and imprint method. You will be able to select from an array of timelines to best suit your event date. Fully4u strives to deliver all orders within the given timeframe, however, it will not be responsible for late receipt due to unforeseeable circumstances such as a lengthier proofing time, and out-of-stock product, printing or firing problems, weather related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company.

* If you do not select one of our production timelines, or one isn’t available for your product, your order will be processed within the standard production time required for that product/print method.

STANDART PRODUCTION TIME

Fully4u standard production times vary from 5-15 business days after placing your order. This timeframe is dependent on the product, the size of an order, the complexity of the artwork, and the imprint method. Please ensure there is an adequate time when placing an order using our standard production time. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed for orders with normal production times.

RUSH PRODUCTION

Fully4u offers faster delivery options on select items and imprint methods, so you may expedite an order at an additional cost. However, only the method of shipping will be guaranteed, and orders may still fail to reach you in the required timeframe. By selecting a faster delivery date, you waive any proofing options. Fully4u guarantee does not extend to unforeseen delays in shipping. Nonetheless, if an order arrives late due to a delay on the Fully4u part, rush fees will be refunded in full. Failure to provide high-resolution artwork may cause your order to be delayed beyond the initial guaranteed date.

Fully4u reserves the right to rush production (based on overtime/weekend hours) in lieu of using expedited shipping methods, providing that we meet the delivery date.

* Please note opting for Overnight or Second Day Air does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time.

SHIPPING

F.O.B. Shipping Point: Downey, California. Under the terms of “FOB shipping point,” the Title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping point.

All shipments leaving our factory are inspected and signed for by the carrier. Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment.

To ensure protection against breakage, we repackage UPS shipments into larger cartons. Orders shipped via UPS will receive an automated e-mail with tracking information once a shipment leaves our facility.

Once an order has left our facility, Fully4u will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies. If shipping is delayed on a paid rush order, that portion of the shipping charges will be credited back.

Fully4u will not be held responsible in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.

Fully4u is a web-based business and does not offer order pick-ups, all orders must be shipped from our facility.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

LIQUID CAPACITY

Size and liquid capacity are noted under the Product Specs section of all product pages. However, the liquid capacities listed are only an approximation and should not be construed as definitive. Fully4u acquires its products from third-party manufacturers, therefore it has no influence over the precise liquid capacity of each item.

PRODUCT QUALITY / WEBSITE IMAGES

Fully4u products are intended to be used solely as promotional items. Therefore, products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered defective or flawed items. In the event a product defect is identified, Fully4u will replace the order in its entirety only upon endorsement of the defect by the manufacturer of the product. Likewise, if an imprint defect is identified, Fully4u will replace that portion of the order upon confirmation of misprint.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and imperfections in ceramic and glassware items are not considered flaws. Disparities in raw materials, glazes, production equipment, and firing temperatures may also result in variations of size, shape, glaze, color, pockmarks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.

From time to time, products may differ in color, size, weight, or height. These inconsistencies should not be considered as defects since most are hand-made and come from various factories in China.

WEBSITE

Fully4u website contains a vast assortment of content and it is constantly being updated by our web team. Although Fully4uemployees strive to be as accurate as possible when publishing information, human error occurs due to a convergence of multiple contributing factors, and Fully4u cannot honor pricing discrepancies such as unusually low, zero, or penny pricing.

COUPONS

Fully4u reserves the right to alter and refuse coupon codes or discontinue special offers at any time without notice to customers.

Fully4u may offer special pricing or free shipping from time to time, however, these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed. No exceptions will be made.

Coupon codes are not valid on existing orders or clearance/markdown items. Coupon Codes apply to the price per unit only. Additional rules and restrictions may apply to individual discount offers.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARKED AND GREEK ASSOCIATION

Fully4u Art Department carefully screens all submitted logos and designs. Artwork containing copyrighted, trademarked, Greek, and/or University information will be subject to further scrutiny and may cause delays on your order which may not be expedited.

* Please note: Customers must assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for the reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Fully4u will not be held liable under any circumstances.

LOYALTY PROGRAM & REFERRALS

Fully4u reserves the right to cancel or change the loyalty program and referral program without notice at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse or decline points to customers at our discretion. Reward points may be claimed once per reward, as they are for one-time use only. Customers are limited in the number of points they’re allowed to accumulate based upon the point structure within their customer account. Loyalty points may not be combined with coupon codes.
