We proudly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express), personal checks, PayPal, and wire transfers.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

When we receive an order, our team goes to work on finalizing art, setting up screens, and scheduling equipment. As a result, once an order enters production, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

WHERE CAN I FIND A COUPON CODE?

We send weekly specials and coupon codes to our subscribers. Please subscribe to receive our special e-mail offers. We may occasionally offer special pricing and/or free shipping, however, these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed. Coupon codes are applied to merchandise total only and may not be combined with Mug Bucks or any other Promo Code.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Sign in to your account to verify your estimated delivery date. Typically, our orders do arrive by the date provided, but time requirements for the printing process or failure to provide high-quality, camera-ready artwork may cause your order to arrive later than originally estimated. Please select a rush delivery option in the shopping cart if you require a guaranteed delivery date.

Rush options are available on select items and print methods at an additional cost. Please select a rush delivery option in the shopping cart if you require a guaranteed delivery date. By selecting a rush date you waive any proofing options, and if you require proof, your guaranteed date may be delayed dependent upon proof approval.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a designated username and password. You may use them to log into your account, where you can track the progress of your order. 

WHAT IS NORMAL/STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME?

Depending on the size and complexity of your order, the estimated production time could last anywhere from 6 to 10 business days. Due to varying production times, paying for expedited shipping does not guarantee you a promised delivery date. We suggest placing your order far in advance to the day you’d like it delivered.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE AND HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All package orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment. We take extra care in packaging your order and make sure it gets inspected by the carrier before being shipped. GENERAL

General Information

Fully4u specializes in the customization of promotional products such as ceramic mugs, glasses, water bottles travel mugs and tumblers, mousepads, apparel items, and bags. fully4u strives to deliver the highest quality as well as exceptional service at the lowest prices in the market. While committed to meet your every need and expectation, fully4u wishes to inform you of certain limitations that are inherent within the promotional product industry.

*Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

ARTWORK

In order to deliver the highest quality imprint possible, we require vectors or high-resolution (300-600 DPI) designs. Our professional artists will attempt to recreate or clean all artwork submitted that does not meet the resolution requirements.

  • Please note that added work involving cleaning or recreating any artwork will result in order delays. If Fully4u is not able to properly edit or recreate a low-resolution file, attempts to contact you will be made in order to resolve the issue. If unable to reach you, your order will be subject to cancellation and a refund will be issued within 15 business days. Fully4u will not be responsible for production delays resulting from submitted low-resolution images.

Fully4u reserves the right to refuse to print any artwork that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted or trademarked.

ACCEPTED FORMATS

We accept a wide variety of file formats in order to print your design. We’ve listed our preferences below:

  • Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps)
  • Adobe Photoshop files (.psd)
  • Rasterized images meeting 300-600 dpi minimum requirement (.jpg, .png, .tiff)
  • All full-color artwork should meet our minimum resolution requirement of at least 300 dpi
  • All fonts/text must be included with your file or converted to outlines.
  • All artwork containing copyrighted images will be subject to further screening.

*Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Fully4u will not be held liable under any circumstances.

*All artwork containing Greek and University assets will be subject to further screening.

IMPRINT SIZE

Several factors are taken into consideration when determining the imprint area of a product. These influence and create a fixed imprint range to which your logo/artwork may need to adhere. Generally, we will adjust artwork as requested unless it exceeds the imprint area of a given item.

 

If your logo is 2W x 2H in. and you order a one-color imprint on 11 oz. mugs with an imprint area of 2.5W x 2.5H in. we will enlarge the logo to the maximum imprint size. If you request to keep the artwork size at 2W x 2H in. we will not resize your artwork. Additionally, requests to exceed our listed imprint areas will not be granted.

  • Please note Fully4u will not be held responsible for illegible or filled-in imprints resulting from requests that do not meet our minimum imprint area requirements
GIFT BOXES

Fully4u is pleased to offer gift boxes or Surprises Breakfast. Surprise boxes whose items are not perishable can be shipped nationwide. But surprise breakfasts are only shipped in the state of California as soon as possible.

IMPRINT METHODS

Fully4u offers a series of decoration styles to fit the needs of your design and order details. The most commonly used methods are Screen Printing and Digital Printing -to be selected by experienced staff members on a case by case basis- Laser Engraving, Debossing, and Embroidery. Please contact the Sales Department to inquire about other methods of operation.

*Screen Printing

Screen-printed items are customized using “direct-print” machinery. Due to its accuracy during the application, this method is preferred for 1 color imprint jobs.

*Digital Printing

Most orders containing 2 imprint colors or more will be processed using one of our digital methods. Your design will be printed on a decal paper, using a CMYK build of your art colors, which will later be applied by hand to your products.

Manual application of the decals may result in some art placement variations

*Embroidery

Embroidery decoration is available on most apparel items and some tote bags. Your artwork is first digitized by one of our professional artists and later applied by our state-of-the-art embroidery machines.

FULLY4U DESIGN LAB/UPLOADING ARTWORK

*Design Lab

Fully4u Design Lab provides you with a virtual mockup of the final imprint. Due to various limitations, logo placement may not be exact and is subject to change to meet printing area dimensions. In the event a significant change in the placement of the logo occurs, it will be communicated to you.

During the art-proofing stage, our artists will resize your artwork to conform to specified imprint area dimensions. Please refer to the ‘Product Specs’ tab on the product page of your choice.

Keep in mind you must save all your work on the Design Lab. Otherwise, we will not receive it.

*Sending Imprint Instructions

Send all imprint instructions immediately upon placing your order. If you are emailing instructions/artwork to the Art Department, please reference the order number on the subject line. To ensure we follow your imprint instructions and print the correct design, we recommend all information relating to your artwork or logo be sent together in one upload or email.

If your artwork requires changes, we will accept additional instructions. However, you must submit all changes before your artwork is approved or before your order is sent to print as these may not be allowed after that point.

  • Fully4u will not be responsible for any missing information on your order nor for any missing imprint instructions. Fully4u will not be responsible for due to untimely artwork submittal. Your order may be subject to cancellation and a full refund may be issued if the artwork isn’t received within 15 days after purchase.
IMPRINT COLORS

Fully4u offers various standard imprint colors and can print custom colors from the Pantone Solid Coated PMS Colors Book. When choosing your imprint colors, we suggest you keep the following in mind:

  • Light colors should be printed on dark items to contrast properly.
  • Dark colors should be printed on light items to contrast properly.

Please note we will not question your imprint color choices. Our artists may contact you to resolve concerns surrounding a mistake

PROOFING

Fully4u will provide an e-mail proof if one is needed to verify imprint instructions, artwork, or order details. The Art Department also reserves the right to send a proof of your artwork needs to be altered to meet our printing requirements. If your proof is not approved within 5 days, your order may be printed as is.

Please note proofs are an approximation of the final product.
Changes to your proof must be in writing and submitted through our online approval/decline proof form. We may accept proof changes via phone in the event you experience technical difficulties with our online proof. If you do not require a proof, please ensure all artwork/logo submitted is correct.

Fully4u will not be held responsible for incorrectly submitted artwork.
Once a proof has been approved, updated shipping and delivery dates will be issued. Keep in mind specific ‘in-hands’ dates are subject to change during the proofing process. Requesting a proof may delay production, thus jeopardize the likelihood of receiving your order in a timely manner.

Fully4u will not be held responsible for delays resulting from the proofing process.

PROPOSITION 65

Also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about exposure to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive issues. Prop 65 does not ban any product; it simply requires a warning is issued. Prop 65 is valid in the State of California only and requires standards are met across all products distributed in the state. Please note Fully4u complies with all federal regulations concerning chemical contents.

Accordingly, if a buyer/distributor fails to provide Fully4u advance written notice that a Fully4u’ product will be sold or shipped to the State of California, such buyer/distributor hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless Fully4u, its agents, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, from and against any and all Proposition 65, personal injury and property damage claims, and from all other costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and litigation expenses on account thereof or in connection with any investigation or preparation related thereto or the enforcement of this provision) relating to, resulting from, connected with or arising out of goods or products provided to buyer/distributor by Fully4u, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any order placed with or received from Fully4u, including but not limited to orders placed via catalog, online, phone or mail, shall be deemed effective acceptance of these terms.
